The Law Office of Susanne M. Robicsek is located at 1701 Scott Avenue, one block off East Boulevard.
Scott Ave is a one way street between East Boulevard and East Morehead Street. (Kenilworth Avenue goes the
"other" way for the portion of Kenilworth that is one way.)
There is a Starbucks on the corner of East Boulevard and Scott Avenue. Not counting
the Starbucks, the office is the second house on the right, and is a green house that looks like a residence.
There is no sign.
Parking is available in back of the house or in marked spaces on the street. The driveway is shared
with the neighbors in the first house, so please do not park in the driveway at any time. You will see when
you drive to the back that the entire back yard is my parking lot.
Do not park in the large parking lot behind Starbucks since the owners tow unauthorized cars
and charge about $170.00 (in cash) to get your car back.
Latta Pavillion, a five story brick building with shops on the street level on East Boulevard and apartments
above. It is located on the block between East Blvd, Kenilworth Avenue and Scott Avenue. Patou
Bistro Restaurant is in the East Blvd/Scott Ave corner of Latta Pavillion across from Starbucks. (You will turn onto
Scott Ave in between Starbucks and Latta Pavillion.)
Latta Pavillion is the tallest building on East Boulevard and takes up almost a whole city block across
from the Blockbuster. It is quite easy to spot.
The office is directly across the street from the back side of the Latta Pavillion Townhomes, which are
along Filmore Street.
